X-Ray
X-Ray is a short electromagnetic ray that can penetrate body tissues to varying degrees. The variation in the amount of X-rays absorbed by different tissues can be projected on a screen or recorded on film to produce an X-ray photograph. X-rays are used to diagnose and treat diseases and to locate broken bones or other malfunctions in the body.
X-Ray is provided at all Greig Associates locations. An appointment is not necessary; however, patients must be referred by their physicians.
